    Rolland wins toughest Tour stage

    LA TOUSSUIRE, France (AP) -- Pierre Rolland of France has won the hardest Alpine stage in the Tour de France, while Bradley Wiggins of Britain trailed about one minute behind and appeared to maintain his overall lead.

    The 92-mile trek in the Alps from Albertville that ends with a grueling ascent to the ski resort of La Toussuire. It features two beyond classification climbs before a final 11-mile ascent at an average gradient of 6.1 percent
