Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez is considered day-to-day after straining his upper back during Thursday's win over the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to the Denver Post. Gonzalez left the game after striking out in the fifth inning. He was replaced in left field by rookie Corey Dickerson to start the sixth inning. Manager Walt Weiss said Gonzalez is still expected to play Friday at the Arizona Diamondbacks. "CarGo said he's done it before, so we are not too concerned with it," Weiss said. Gonzalez is batting .295 with 23 home runs and 62 RBI in 84 games.
