And Redskins coach Mike Shanahan announced Monday that Griffin's knee isn't bad at all with team doctor Chris Annunziata telling him the injury is "fine, little bit sore right now. That's about it."
Griffin just got a scare when defensive tackle Terrance Knighton fell on top of him.
"We made a decision that I was fine and that I could go back in the game," Griffin said. "We all made the decision that it was just time to keep me out."
