The France international was dismissed during Bayern's last DFB outing away to Augsburg, and Heynckes says Robben is available to deputize in his absence.
"There is no need to be secretive about it. Providing he [Robben] stays fit and trains as normal tomorrow, he will obviously start on Wednesday," Heynckes told FCB.tv.
The Netherlands international, along with Philipp Lahm and Dante, did not train on Monday ahead of the fixture, but Heynckes revealed he had simply afforded the trio a day off.
"A day of rest will do them all good in my opinion," Heynckes said.
The fixture represents Dortmund's only realistic chance of maintaining a run at domestic silverware this season with Heynckes' Bayern currently sitting 17 points above Jurgen Klopp's two-time defending league champions at the summit of the Bundesliga.
