Update: Rubio will start at point guard against the Clippers on Thursday.
Recommendation: Rubio will start for the first time this season, although he still figures to be on a limit of 26-to-28 minutes. There's some concern that his knee could use more rest, and thus far Rubio hasn't looked like the player we saw last year.
