Reports: King, Haywood make it to Hall of Fame

Bernard King and Spencer Haywood made it into the Hall of Fame, according to separate reports.

Nothing is officials until announcements are made on Monday.

However, the New York Post reported that King, a member of the New York Knicks and five other NBA teams, has been voted in. He had a career average of 22.5 points in his 14 pro seasons. He led the league in 1985, when he averaged 32.9 points for the Knicks.

Haywood also has made to the Hall, Fox Sports Florida reported. He spent one season in the ABA, where he averaged 30.0 points. He then played his next 12 seasons in the NBA, averaging 19.2 points.

He has both an NBA championship ring and an Olympic gold medal.
