Report: Raiders may have interest in long-snapper Tripucka

The Oakland Raiders appear to be addressing their glaring need for a long-snapper to replace injured Jon Condo.

Travis Tripucka said in his twitter account that he is headed for Oakland, according to the Bay Area News Group, which suggests he is going to work out for the Raiders as a long snapper.

"Oakland California, here I come!" said Tripucka (@LunchMeat8) said on Twitter. "Another opportunity. Couldn't be happier! Raider Nation better be ready for the lunchmeat."

The Raiders had not released any information about Tripucka as of early Wednesday afternoon.

Condo, who suffered a concussion on Monday, won't play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins unless he passes a series of tests.

With Condo out on Monday, Travis Goethel rolled two snaps back to the punter and a third punt was blocked.
