Pippen involved in fight outside restaurant

Former Chicago Bulls guard Scottie Pippen was involved in a fight outside a restaurant Sunday night in Malibu, Calif., according to multiple media outlets.

Pippen was questioned and released on Monday without being charged, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The fight reportedly resulted in a being taken in an ambulance. Pippen was outside the restaurant, Nobu Malibu, when the incident occurred but had left the scene by the time police arrived.

It is not known how the altercation started.

Pippen, 47, starred for the six-time NBA champion Bulls in the 1990s.
