Seattle Mariners catcher Jesus Montero is listed in the records connected to biochemist Anthony Bosch's anti-aging clinic in south Florida records, the New York Daily News reported Wednesday.
The names of major-leaguers Ryan Braun, Alex Rodriguez, Danny Valencia, Francisco Cervelli, Nelson Cruz, Gio Gonzalez and Yasmani Grandal were previously linked to Bosch. Montero's name had not previously been connected to the clinic that is suspected of providing performance-enhancing drugs to players.
However, Montero is a client of ACES, a Brooklyn-based sports agency owned by Seth and Sam Levinson that has been tied to Biogenesis, the clinic operated by Bosch.
Major League Baseball is investigating the Levinsons after another client, Melky Cabrera, tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone, according to the Daily News.
Braun, a first baseman for the Milwaukee Brewers, surfaced Tuesday in Bosch's documents after a report by Yahoo! Sports.
