Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire, who has not played in a game this season because of a left knee problem, could return to game action as soon as Friday, Knicks coach Mike Woodson said Monday. Stoudemire will practice Wednesday with the Knicks' D-League team, and if things go well Wednesday, Stoudemire might practice with the Knicks on Thursday. If Stoudemire does not have any setbacks in those two practices, he might return for Friday's game against Chicago. .
