Maurice Jones-Drew's holdout with the Jacksonville Jaguars probably will last through August, ESPN.com reported Thursday. Although Jaguars officials and Jones-Drew speak almost daily, there has been no progress in talks recently, and he may not return to the Jaguars until sometime in September, according to the report. Jones-Drew, the NFL's rushing leader last season, was placed on the team's reserve/did not report list, and the Jaguars claim they will not renegotiate Jones-Drew's five-year, $31 million contract, which still has two years remaining.
