Los Angeles Dodgers left-hander Scott Elbert had arthroscopic surgery on his left elbow on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times reported. It's his second elbow surgery in the last four months and will require six weeks of rehabilitation, making it unlikely he'll be ready for Opening Day. Elbert had a 1-1 record with a 2.20 ERA in 43 games for the Dodgers last season.
