Reggie Wayne will go down as one of the greatest Indianapolis Colts of all-time. The former Colt great has found his niche recently as an analyst with the NFL Network. So when he speaks out, Colts nation should listen.

And what Reggie Wayne has to say about Tom Brady Monday is worth a listen.

This goes back to when Wayne was still a member of the Colts. Wayne lost the AFC Championship game 45-7. A brutal loss to the Patriots in New England.

It was a slosh bucket of a game. No one wanted to finish watching that after the first quarter had ended. But, when the game was over, that was when controversy started.

“Deflate Gate” began and the whole NFL world took notice.

The Colts accused the Patriots, mostly Tom Brady, of deflating game balls to gain advantage.

Over the next year the NFL investigated and decided that someone within the organization did just that. Giving the Patriots an advantage.

In hindsight, that advantage was not needed. The Patriots dominated the Colts in every aspect in that game. But why is that so important?

Because after over a year of Tom Brady appealing the NFL, that suspension was upheld. Eventually being ruled down to just four games, but it was shown that he is a cheater.

So when Brady started the year on the suspension list, Reggie took notice.

After sitting out four games to start the season Brady is on fire. He is one track to throw for almost 4,000 yards and 39 touchdowns. Without a single interception. Who cares?

This is the year that Brady is labeled as a cheater. Awards are not for cheaters. Even if they set high numbers.

That is the same reason that Barry Bonds and Sammy Sosa will never be elected into the Hall of Fame.

Reggie is right on point here.
