The Cincinnati Reds called up speedy outfielder Billy Hamilton and infielder Neftali Soto from Class AAA Louisville on Monday.
Cincinnati also activated catcher Corky Miller from the 15-day disabled list.
Hamilton rose to prominence last season when he had a professional-record 155 stolen bases between high-Class A and Class AA.
The 22-year-old stole 75 bases in 90 attempts for Louisville this year. He batted .256 with a .308 on-base percentage, six home runs and 41 RBI in 123 games.
The Reds start a home series against the St. Louis Cardinals on Monday. They trail St. Louis and the Pittsburgh Pirates by 3 1/2 games in the National League Central standings.
