Redknapp's men host Stoke City on Saturday in need of a win to boost their hopes of survival. Meanwhile, Tony Pulis' side is three points clear of the drop zone but have played a game more than 18th-placed Wigan.
"We need four wins and a draw from the final five games to have a chance," Redknapp told reporters. "It's a tall order but we will keep going. We're still not down. There's no way we're giving up on this season yet.
"The people that own QPR are good people. They're looking to see the job through over the coming years. They are getting everything in place to push the club on."
Redknapp praised Pulis' influence at Stoke and insists his side's clash at Loftus Road will be difficult.
"Tony has done a good job there," Redknapp said.
"They've had a bad little run, but he's done a terrific job. It will be a hard game for us, we know that." Redknapp added.
