The Oakland Athletics added Josh Reddick to their list of injured outfielders on Wednesday, placing him on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right wrist before their game against the Cleveland Indians. A's outfielders Coco Crisp (hamstring) and Chris Young (quadriceps) are already on the DL. Reddick was hurt on April 7 in Houston when he hit the wall chasing a popup in foul territory. He sat out three games but tried to keeping playing and struggled. His .152 batting average is the third lowest in the American League. The A's recalled first baseman Daric Barton from Triple-A Sacramento and released left-hander Jordan Norberto to make room on their 40-man roster. Barton, who was designated for assignment by Oakland on March 29, was hitting .287 with three homers and 21 RBI in 29 games for Sacramento.
