The deals Friday kept the players out of salary arbitration.
Carp hit .296 with nine home runs and 43 RBIs in his first season with Boston. His contract is for $1.4 million, up from $508,500 last year.
Tazawa went 5-4 with a 3.16 ERA in 71 appearances, then pitched in 13 of 16 postseason games for the World Series champions. He'll make $1,275,000 after earning $815,000 last year.
Herrera was acquired from Colorado last December. He hit .292 with one homer and 16 RBIs in 81 games. He'll get $1.3 million, up from $900,000.
Lefty Andrew Miller is the only player in arbitration for Boston. He asked for $2.15 million and the Red Sox offered $1.55 million.
