Ravens activate WR Reed off PUP list

The Ravens activated WR David Reed from the physically-unable-to-return list and placed DB Anthony Levine on injured reserve.

Reed has been practicing for three weeks after he underwent offseason surgery on a torn ACL suffered in Week 16 last season.

In 2010, Reed led the NFL with a kickoff-return average of 29.3 yards. He had 18 returns for 534 yards (29.7-yard average) last season. Jacoby Jones has been Baltimore’s kickoff returner in 2012 and has two touchdowns.

Levine injured his shoulder in Sunday’s win over the Chargers.
