Former Montreal Expos outfielder Tim Raines heads a list of five people announced as inductees of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame.

Raines will be joined in the Class of 2013 by former Toronto Blue Jay George Bell, former Expo and Blue Jay Rob Ducey, Vancouver baseball activist Nat Bailey and long-time Blue Jays broadcaster Tom Cheek.

Raines spent 13 seasons with the Expos, batting .301 with 635 stolen bases from 1979-90. He is the franchise all-time leader in walks, runs and stolen bases.

Bell played nine years with the Blue Jays from 1981-90, and hit .286 with 202 homers for the team. He was the 1987 AL MVP honors after hitting .308 with 47 home runs and 134 runs batted in.

Cheek was hired by Toronto before the franchise's inaugural season in 1977, and spent 27 years in the booth. He called 4,306 consecutive games, before succumbing to brain cancer in October 2005.
