Everyone has that friend who thinks it's still funny to do the ugly sweater party thing. Each year, you think you've escaped, and each year, a dumb Paperless Post arrives to remind you it was a bad idea to throw out last year's ugly sweater (and that you have the kind of friends that think it's still funny to do the ugly sweater party thing).

But, but! Today, a magnificent ugly sweater party took place, involving the Royal family that resides at the Madame Tussauds in London. To raise awareness for Save the Children, the wax counterparts of Wills, Kate, Harry, Charles, Camilla, Philip, the Queen, and the Queen's corgis (which, actually might be real corgis? TBH I can't tell.) wore some fantastic Christmas jumpers.

Harry repping a chilly penguin! Camilla doing her best Mrs. Claus! Will and Kate sharing the same sweater for some inexplicable reason! And, of course, the lewk that takes the figgy pudding: The Queen rocking her royal corgi sweater. It is perfect.

Here's hoping the non-wax Royal family gets inspired by this festive scene. What I wouldn't give to see Charlotte and her hamster wearing matching Christmas cardigans.
