COLLEGE BASKETBALL

-- Frustrated Colorado coach Tad Boyle called for an end to replay after the Buffaloes suffered a controversial overtime loss Thursday night at No. 3 Arizona.

After a lengthy replay review, referees reversed the on-court call and disallowed a 3-pointer at the buzzer in regulation that would have given Colorado a Pac-12 road win. Arizona went on to post a 92-83 victory in overtime in Tucson, Ariz., after trailing by as many as 17 points.

"Get rid of instant replay," Boyle told ESPN.com in a phone interview. "In basketball, football, human error is part of our game. If human error is part of the game, let the officials call the game. Players, coaches and officials will make mistakes. It's part of the game. We spend all this money on replays and we still can't get it right. Get rid of it."
