PREMIER LEAGUE: Joel Campbell the last man standing - literally

With Alexis Sanchez's injury against Norwich, one statistic has emerged which highlights just how bad Arsenal's injury crisis is.

Arsenal’s annual injury crisis continued in Sunday’s Premier League clash against Norwich after Alexis Sanchez, Laurent Koscielny and Santi Cazorla all suffered knocks at Carrow Road.

Sanchez, who picked up a hamstring niggle in the 3-0 victory over Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday, was passed fit for the match despite playing 1,107 minutes this season – more than any other forward player at a Champions League club.

And with the Chilean now in the treatment room, it means that besides Joel Campbell, every other Arsenal outfield player has been injured in 2015. All 23 of them.

You can also add to backup goalkeeper David Ospina to that list as well, which remarkably means Campbell and Petr Cech are the only Gunners players to not have been injured this year.
