LeSean McCoy struggled to find running room, gaining only 48 yards on 15 carries in addition to four receptions for 18 yards. DeSean Jackson caught eight passes for 63 yards.
The Philadelphia defense played tough in the loss, giving up 88 yards rushing and 237 passing while taking back one fumble for a touchdown. They tackled Manning for a sack.
Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz churned out 86 receiving yards.
The Eagles head to Oakland next week to face the Raiders (2-4) while the Giants host the Raiders (2-4).
