The Tampa Bay defense had no answer for LeSean McCoy as he led the way to a solid win for the Eagles against the Buccaneers, 31-20, in Tampa.
A superb performance for Nick Foles was capped by four touchdowns (3 pass, 1 rush) on 22 of 31 passing for 296 yards and no interceptions. On the Buccaneers side, Mike Glennon went 26 for 43 with 273 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick.
McCoy was a focal point for the Eagles, running at will on the Buccaneers for 116 yards on 25 carries while adding two receptions for 55 yards with one fumble. DeSean Jackson was a top receiver, catching six balls for 64 yards with two touchdowns.
The Philadelphia defense allowed 94 yards rushing and 257 passing. They got to Glennon for two sacks.
Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson had a big day with 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Tight end Tim Wright also had a good game with 91 receiving yards.
Next week, the Eagles are at home against the Cowboys (3-3) while the Buccaneers travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons (1-4).
