Millsap shot 6-16 (1-3 from three-point range) and 6-7 from the free throw line. Jeff Teague also chipped in for Atlanta, finishing with 34 points and 5 assists. DeMar DeRozan had another big game for Toronto despite the loss, scoring 29 points on 8-18 shooting from the field and 13-14 from the free throw line. He also tallied 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Kyle Lowry added 20 points and 9 assists and Amir Johnson finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
After putting up a sparkling assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.43, the Hawks are 8-3 on the season when eclipsing 2.50 in this category. However, the Raptors are 2-4 when allowing their opponents to achieve such a lofty ratio.
This drops Toronto (37-29) to 1-2 versus Atlanta on the season.
