Pair of Patriots fined for hits vs. Cardinals

A pair of New England Patriots players drew fines for hits in last Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals, says the Boston Herald.

Linebacker Jerod Mayo was fined $21,000 for his hit on Cardinals reciever Early Doucet.

Safety Steve Gregory drew a fine of $7,875 for his hit on tight end Todd Heap out of bounds on the same Arizona drive.
