Packers Sneak By Vikings, 24-21
Eddie Lacy established the ground game, paving the way to a narrow victory for the Packers over the Vikings, 24-21, at TCF Bank Stadium.
Aaron Rodgers accounted for two touchdowns against the Vikings on 19 of 29 passing for 209 yards and no interceptions. On the Vikings side, Teddy Bridgewater went 21 for 37 with 210 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick.
Lacy was a key factor for the Packers, running all over the Vikings for 125 yards on 25 carries with a touchdown in addition to two receptions for 13 yards and another score. Jordy Nelson pulled in eight passes for 68 yards.
The Green Bay defense surrendered 112 yards rushing and 210 passing. They brought down Bridgewater for two sacks.
Vikings wide receiver Charles Johnson tallied 52 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Packers are at home to take on the Patriots (8-2) next week while the Vikings will meet the Panthers (3-7), also at home.
