Pacers' Hibbert, Warriors' Lee suspended one game after altercation

Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert and Golden State Warriors center David Lee have been suspended for a game each after an altercation Tuesday night, according to multiple reports.

In the fourth quarter, Hibbert got into a shoving match with Lee and Warriors guard Stephen Curry that spilled into the courtside seats. Hibbert received two technicals and was ejected.

Hibbert will miss Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Lee will sit out Wednesday against the New York Knicks.

Pacers guard Lance Stephenson and Warriors guards Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson each have been fined $35,000 for their involvement.

Hibbert extended an apology after Wednesday's practice for his involvement in the incident that took place in Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

"My mom was a little upset," Hibbert said, according to USA Today. "She said I should have walked away. It's unfortunate it happened. I watched the video and I saw there was a little kid that ran up out of his seat when all that happened. I apologize to the fans that were sitting courtside. We're a team that loves the fans and we don't want to scare them away."
