Update: Klefbom will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery, the Edmonton Journal reports.
Recommendation: Klefbom will return to Edmonton for the surgery, ending the 2011 first-round draft pick's campaign prematurely. He had shown much promise early on during his time with Farjestad of the Swedish Elite League, leading the team with a plus-7 rating over 11 games prior to suffering the shoulder injury. He should be fully recovered before the 2013-14 to compete for a spot on the Oilers' blue line.
