Northwestern kicker Jeff Budzien worked out for the Chicago Bears today.

Budzien is the most accurate kicker in Big Ten Conference history.

He was the Wildcats' career points leader (280), single-season field goals record holder (23), and extra-point career percentage (136 for 136). He was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten selection.

A late-round draft candidate, Budzien has also drawn interest from the Houston Texans, New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots, New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

At his campus Pro Day workout, the 5-foot-11, 180-pounder made 15 of 16 field goals from under 50 yards and 6 of 9 from beyond 50 yards with successful kicks from 51, 52, 54, 57 and 58 yards.

He missed kicks from 55, 60 and 60 yards.
