The pro athlete paid $739,000 for the 1,748-square-foot condo in 2013.

Davis, who plays tight end, was selected sixth overall in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft by the San Francisco 49ers. He entered the league with a five-year, $23 million contract that made him the highest paid player at his position at the time. In 2015, he was traded to the Denver Broncos and helped lead them to a Super Bowl victory.

The 33-year-old then signed a one-year contract in 2016 with his hometown Washington Redskins, where he caught his first touchdown pass in two years. Say goodbye to the sunny climes of Southern California, Vern!
