The other teams start on various days next week.

---The Green Bay Packers announced they signed safety Morgan Burnett to a contract extension.

Terms of the deal were not announced, but the NFL Network had previously reported it is a four-year extension worth $24.75 million.

He could have become a free agent in March if he had not signed an extension.

The Packers have also announced the release of wide receiver Terrell Sinkfield.

---The Cleveland Browns announced they signed third-round draft pick Leon McFadden to a four-year contract.
