July 20 (The Sports Xchange) - Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter reportedly was charged Monday with felonious assault. Hunter surrendered to police in Virginia Beach, Va., after a warrant was filed, according to News Channel 5. He was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. Hunter is accused of "malicious intent, stabbing, cutting and wounding" in a brawl that hospitalized one person in Virginia Beach on July 3. The Titans said they were "aware of the situation and are continuing to gather more facts." - - - NFL teams each received $226.4 million in shared revenue during the 2014 fiscal year, according to the Green Bay Packers' annual shareholder report. The league-wide $7.2 billion is an increase of 20 percent over 2013, thanks to the first year of new TV deals with CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC/ESPN and NFL Network. The Packers reported record revenues of $375.7 million, netting $29.2 million. "Before I became a free agent, I decided to free my agent," Okung wrote for The Players' Tribune on Monday, claiming he can get the same deal representing himself as he could via an agent, without having to pay the typical 3 percent commission. "I'm betting on myself," he wrote. "I know my worth. I can look at the market and go directly to a team without an agent and tell that team my worth." - - - The Arizona Cardinals will induct strong safety Adrian Wilson into their Ring of Honor at halftime when the Cardinals play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Sept. 27, at University of Phoenix Stadium. The 35-year old Wilson, who retired from the NFL in April, spent 12 seasons (2001-12) with the Cardinals after joining the team as a third-round selection (64th overall) in the 2001 NFL Draft out of N.C.
