FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota State senior linebacker Grant Olson likely is done for the season after suffering a torn ligament in his left knee.
Bison coach Craig Bohl made the announcement during his weekly news conference. He says Olson's college career likely is over for the Bison, the top-ranked team in the Championship Subdivision.
Olson suffered the torn ACL in the second half of NDSU's 28-10 win over Illinois State on Saturday.
Olson has been the leading tackler the past two seasons for the Bison, who are seeking a third consecutive FCS title.
