April 7 (The Sports Xchange) - The Memphis Grizzlies waived center Ryan Hollins on Thursday and signed guard Xavier Munford to a multiyear contract. Hollins, 31, appeared in 32 games (nine starts) for the Grizzlies this season. He averaged 3.6 points and 2.7 rebounds. Munford has appeared in 10 games with the Grizzlies this season and has averaged 5.6 points and 1.9 rebounds a game. --- The Philadelphia 76ers signed forward Christian Wood for the regular of the season, the team announced. Wood has played in 16 games with the 76ers this season, averaging 3.3 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Wood averaged 17.3 points and 9.4 rebounds in 32 games with the Delaware 87ers of the D-League. --- The Sacramento Kings reassigned rookie forward Duje Dukan to the Reno Bighorns of the D-League, the team announced.
