The Indiana Pacers have reached agreement on a two-year, $6.1 million offer sheet with New York Knicks free-agent forward Chris Copeland, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Copeland is a restricted free agent, but the Knicks are unable to match the offer sheet.

Copeland, 29, averaged 8.7 points and 2.1 rebounds for the Knicks last season. He made 42.1 percent of his 3-point attempts.
