Nationals activate C Wilson from DL

The Washington Nationals activated catcher Wilson Ramos from the 15-day disabled list Monday and optioned catcher Jhonatan Solano to Class AAA Syracuse.

Ramos was on the DL with a strained hamstring. He is 6 for 20 with two homers this season.

Solano had a single in six at-bats for Washington.
