  • Philadelphia is second in the Eastern Conference, with 25 points and a conference-best 25 goals scored in 16 games.
  • Dallas is third in the crowded West. The Hoops have 29 points and 25 goals scored in 17 matches. They have not won an MLS game, however, in over a month.

  • Philadelphia's 3-0 win over New York last week was the Union's first victory over the Red Bulls since 2011 and its first under John Hackworth.

  • Union striker Jack McInerney, tied for the MLS lead in goals with 10, will take part in his first U.S. camp after being included on the roster for the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
  • Dallas was eliminated from the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in midweek, losing 2-3 at home to the Portland Timbers.
