MLS Preview: D.C. United - Chicago Fire

With five games between the two sides, both D.C. United and the Chicago Fire will be looking for their first win when they face off Saturday afternoon at RFK Stadium.

DCU will also be looking for its first goal, as the league's worst team in 2013 has gotten off to a slow start in 2014, losing 3-0 at home to Columbus in its opener before falling 1-0 at Toronto FC last weekend.

After losing its opener at Chivas USA, the Fire have managed two straight 1-1 draws: first at Portland and then against New York in their home opener last weekend.

The Fire's normal right back Lovel Palmer is suspended for the match, which means midfielder Matt Watson could fill in again, which he did against New York in the first game of Palmer's two-game ban. Left back Gonzalo Segares also missed out against New York with an injury, and Greg Cochrane could fill in again versus DCU.

United may use the same starting XI as the first two games, with Chris Pontius still a long-term absence as he continues to struggle in his return from offseason hamstring surgery.
