Juventus will be without Mirko Vucinic for several weeks after the striker twisted his knee during training Thursday.
The Montenegrin is likely to miss both legs of the Europa League round of 32 clash against Trabzonspor as well as Serie A matches against Torino and Chievo.
The 30-year-old underwent a scan and results revealed that no ligament damage had been caused, although there was "bruising on his tibia and medial meniscus," according to the club's website.
Vucinic has struggled for first-team minutes this season and looked on course to leave the Bianconeri during the transfer window, even training away from the rest of the team.
Vucinic has scored two goals in four Serie A starts this season after falling down the pecking order behind Fernando Llorente and Carlos Tevez.
