Baltimore Ravens tackle Bryant McKinnie says he is working to lose weight, and is down to about 350 pounds with training camp looming in a couple of weeks.
McKinnie told Yahoo! Sports Radio via the Baltimore Sun that, contrary to reports, he never weighed 400 pounds when he was with the Minnesota Vikings. McKinnie claims the most he ever weighed in Minnesota was 386 pounds.
The Vikings released McKinnie last year because of conditioning issues, and he wound up coming to the Ravens, getting himself into playing shape and taking over at left tackle for Baltimore.
