Update: Stafford (hip) worked with the Lions' first-team offense during the media access portion of Thursday's practice, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Recommendation: Stafford, who did not practice Wednesday, didn't seem to be affected by his hip issue at practice Thursday and assuming no setbacks, he appears to be on track to start Sunday against the Vikings.
