The Brooklyn Nets played an efficient game offensively, shooting 36-80 (45.0%) from the field and turning it over just nine times, to take down the Sacramento Kings, 107-99. Brooklyn (14-16) picked up the win after falling to Indiana Pacers on Saturday.

Mason Plumlee put up 22 points on 6-7 shooting from the field and 10-16 from the free throw line, in a solid outing. Brooklyn also got solid performances from Joe Johnson with 16 points and six assists, Mirza Teletovic with 11 points and seven rebounds, and Brook Lopez with 11 points and six rebounds. Rudy Gay had another strong game for Sacramento despite the loss, scoring 25 points on 9-21 shooting (1-3 on 3-point attempts), in addition to going 6-6 from the free throw line. He also tallied nine rebounds and five assists. DeMarcus Cousins added 24 points and 13 rebounds and Darren Collison finished with 16 points and eight assists.

Sacramento (13-18) could not get back-to-back victories after defeating New York on Saturday.

Coming up next, the Nets square off with the Chicago Bulls, who are 22-9 on the year. The Kings match up with the Boston Celtics, currently 10-18 this season. The Nets lost to Chicago the last two times they've played.
