Update: Lynch ran for 131 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries in Sunday's win over the Redskins.
Recommendation: Another big game for Lynch, who has topped 100 rushing yards in nine of his last 11 games. The Seahawks are 8-3 when Lynch runs for at least 100 yards. He'll try to add to that streak when the Seahawks travel to the Georgia Dome to take on the Falcons in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.
