Recommendation: Cain was diagnosed with a Grade 2 strain in his right hamstring, which indicates a partial tear of the muscle. Though the Royals haven't officially ended Cain's season, he should obviously be dropped in all formats. Even keeper-league owners may want to give a second thought to the injury-prone outfielder.
