Life’s good for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston.

The 2015 first-overall pick exceeded expectations in Year One in the NFL, completing 58.3 percent of his passes for 4,042 yards, 22 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. With the Buccaneers roster still young and having plenty of ceiling, it won’t be long until he’s a superstar in the NFL.

But in the mean time, he’s already made his life that much better, after he purchased this beautiful mansion right in Tampa Bay:

Per Ashley Gurbal Kritzer from the Tampa Bay Business Journal, it’s a 5,160 square foot home, and Winston paid just $1.195 million for it. For the record, beautiful cities like Vancouver, B.C. sell “meh” homes for over $1 million.

It’s safe to say that Winston got that home at a bargain, and we’re not assuming he got a discount just because he’s being hailed as an upcoming hero and warrior for the city. Kritzer reported that the home has five bedrooms, five and a half washrooms and a large parking pad for RVs. Per RotoWorld.com, Winston is set to make $525,000 this season plus a $1,062,231 roster bonus.

Then again, when Winston becomes a star quarterback in the NFL, it’s hard to envision a contract signing that doesn’t exceed $70 million dollars. That’s how much an above-average quarterback will make these days.

For all you Buccaneers fans out there, just be extra nice to Winston when you meet him. Maybe he’ll invite you to his fancy new pad. It sure is big enough to hold more than one person.
