July and the heart of summer are upon us, and that means it's time for transfers and more international football. The 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup resumes on Tuesday, and a Major League Soccer game will also air on national television during the middle of the week. The Copa Libertadores competition will be showcased on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, giving those of you stuck at offices during mornings and afternoons opportunities to watch live games. Once again, the ESPN3/Watch ESPN service will be offering live soccer content throughout what should, for many of you, be a short workweek.
