    Lightning-Bruins game postponed

    The NHL announced that Saturday night's game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Boston Bruins at the TD Garden was postponed due to the weather-related State of Emergency that remains in effect in Boston.

    A make-up date will be announced.

    The teams and officials were in Boston for the 7 p.m. ET start, but travel conditions were deemed too hazardous for fans, security personnel and TD Garden staff to get to the arena.
