Update: McCoy (concussion) appears unlikely to play Monday against the Panthers, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Recommendation: With McCoy still dealing with a headache and in Phase 1 of his recovery from a concussion, his Week 12 status looks iffy, at best. As a result, Bryce Brown took the Eagles' first-team RB repetitions Wednesday and would be in line to start Monday if McCoy is scratched.
