LaMarcus Aldridge May Be Out Against Golden State Warriors: Fan’s Preview

Rose Garden, home of the Portland Trail Blazers

The Golden State Warriors ran into a brick wall on Monday named the Denver Nuggets. Just days after a solid victory against them at home, the Nuggets absolutely obliterated the Warriors for a 39-point win. Already outscored in the first quarter by 24 points, a returning Danilo Gallinari and an excellent showing by Kenneth Faried were too much for a Warriors squad that shot at 36.9 percent from the field.

As they travel to Portland to visit the Trail Blazers, this game between West Coast foes features two teams that will likely miss the playoffs this year. While the Warriors are better off not winning many more games this season, the team may give the Trail Blazers their third straight defeat if LaMarcus Aldridge is unavailable for the game. The All-Star forward is their leading scorer and rebounder and is having his hip examined in Vail, Colorado. Starting forward Nicolas Batum may also be out for this game with left quad tendinitis.
